What ROS does.

One system for the whole job: booked, allocated, collected, manifested, delivered and invoiced. Here is each part as it works today.

Operations

Booking first, from the first call to the last scan.

Bookings and AWBs
A booking creates the shipment immediately. Create AWBs one at a time, or upload a CSV that is checked row by row before anything is booked.
Command Centre
The live board for every job: filters, allocation, exceptions and the service desk, with staff off today and vehicles due shown alongside.
Allocation and collections
Allocate a collection to a driver, and every job at that pickup goes to the same driver. Collected jobs leave the live collection view and move on to manifesting.
Manifesting
Open a manifest with an agent or carrier, scan jobs on, close it, and keep the history.
Carrier tracking
DHL tracking, synced daily and on demand, alongside each job's own event timeline.
Proof of delivery
POD photos and signatures are stored against the job, with a board of what is still outstanding.
Quotes and tariffs
Zones, weight bands, volumetric weight, fuel surcharge and client margin. A quote converts into a booking.
Fulfilment
Stock, locations, goods in and a pick queue. A client's pick request becomes a real AWB.

Driver app

Their own app, with live tracking included.

One sign-in
Drivers use the same sign-in as the office and your clients, with their Driver ID.
Their own app
Their collections, airport runs, labels and AWBs, on their phone.
Live tracking included
Drivers show on your Driver Map while they share their location, at no extra cost.
Nothing to install
It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen.

Client portal

Your clients book, track and download for themselves.

Book
Clients book their own shipments, and the booking lands on the Command Centre as a real job.
Track
Each job's milestones, as your team marks them for the client to see.
Documents and PODs
AWBs, commercial invoices and proof of delivery, ready to download.
Invoices
Issued invoices, for the client users allowed to see costs.
Stock
For fulfilment clients: their stock, pick requests and pick history.
The right access for each person
Each portal login has its own scope, from full administrator to read only.

Accounts

From completed job to paid invoice.

Client invoicing
Bring a client's completed jobs together into one invoice, on the weekly or monthly rhythm set for that client.
Credit notes and receipts
Raise a credit note with its own number, and record receipts against invoices, part payments included.
Statements and aged debt
Client statements to print or save as PDF, with aged debtors and aged creditors.
Supplier invoices matched to jobs
Read a supplier's PDF invoice, match its lines to jobs, and check the billed cost against the agent's tariff.
VAT summary
Sales VAT by quarter, with a CSV to take to your accountant.
Xero-ready export
Export invoices as a CSV in Xero's own import format.

Customs and documents

The paperwork, built from the job.

AWB and commercial invoice
Original AWB, commercial invoice and CN23 layouts, built from the job, to print or save as PDF.
EORI checks
Check GB numbers with HMRC, and EU and XI numbers with the EU service.
HS codes
Search the UK Trade Tariff alongside the codes your firm has already saved.
Job health
Clear rules flag what a job is missing, from documents and customs details to holidays on the route.

Security and access

Each firm's data, kept to that firm.

Each firm kept separate
Every operational record belongs to one firm, and row-level security in the database means one firm can never see another's data.
Roles
Owner, operations, accounts, driver and client portal, each seeing only what their work needs.
Audit trail
One feed of changes across jobs, clients, invoices and settings, with CSV export.
Your brand inside
Each firm's own name and logo inside its workspace, its client portal and on its documents.
No payments
ROS never takes card payments or holds payment details.

Desktop, tablet and phone

One web app in the browser. Nothing to install and nothing to keep in step: the office works at a desk, the warehouse on a tablet, and drivers and clients on their phones.
