ROS is software for courier, freight and logistics firms. It replaces old desktop and remote-desktop systems with one app that runs in the browser, on any screen.
It is built around the way a logistics firm actually works: a client books, the office runs the day from the Command Centre, a driver collects, the job is manifested with an agent or carrier, proof of delivery comes back, and the work is invoiced. The office, the drivers and the firm's clients all work in the same system, each seeing what they need and nothing more.

Booking first
A booking is a shipment from the moment it is made. Quotes are there for ad hoc work, and convert into bookings.
Manual first, then connected
Every workflow works by hand first. Connections to carriers and other systems arrive one at a time, and the manual way always remains as the fallback.
Each firm kept separate
Every firm on ROS has its own workspace. Row-level security in the database keeps one firm's data out of every other firm's reach.
Our own documents
AWBs and commercial invoices are original layouts built from standard logistics fields.
No payments taken
ROS never takes card payments or holds payment details. Firms invoice their clients; ROS keeps the records.
Web only, every screen
Desktop, tablet and phone run the same app in the browser. The driver app and client portal are built for phones first.
