Who is ROS for?
Courier, freight and logistics firms: same-day, express, air and road freight, whatever your size.
Do our drivers need to download an app?
No. The Driver app runs in the phone's browser. Drivers sign in with their Driver ID, and can add it to their home screen so it opens like any other app.
Can our clients book and track for themselves?
Yes. Your client portal, under your own name and logo, lets them book, track and download their paperwork. The people you allow to see costs can also view their invoices and run their own spend reports.
How much does it cost?
£110 per office user per month, plus VAT. Drivers and client portal users are free. For 10 or more office users, ask us about volume pricing.
Does it work with Xero?
Invoices export as files in Xero's own import format, ready to bring into Xero. There is no live link to Xero yet: you import the files.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Your firm's name and logo appear on your workspace, the client portal, the Driver app and your documents, and your clients can sign in on your own page.
